Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 4:08 p.m.

H.B. 10 Injured Worker Reemployment Amendments (J. Dunnigan)

Rep. Dunnigan explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Davis moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Mayne, Sen. Hinkins and Sen.Valentine absent for the vote.

Sen. Weiler assumed the committee chair.

SB 124 Financial Institution and Service Amendments (C. Bramble)

MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to adopt 1^st Sub. S.B. 124 (C. Bramble). The motion passed unanimously Sen. Mayne, Sen. Hinkins and Sen. Valentine absent for the vote.

Sen. Bramble explained the bill to the committee and a handout was distributed.

MOTION: Sen Bramble moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Bramble resumed the Committee Chair.

Sen. Hinkins moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Mayne and Sen. Valentine absent for the vote.

Chair Bramble adjourned the meeting at 4:16 p.m..
