Chair Madsen called the meeting to order at 2:20 p.m.
MOTION: Sen. Weiler moved to approve the minutes of the February 12, 2014 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Hillyard and Sen. Robles absent for the vote.

meeting.

Subpoena Requirement Modifications (Sen.

MOTION: Sen. Madsen moved to replace S.B. 46 with 2nd Sub. S.B. 46. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Hillyard and Sen. Robles absent for the vote.
Sen. Madsen explained the bill to the committee.
