Chair Vickers called the meeting to order at 8:34 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to approve the
minutes of the February 18, 2014 meeting.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Robles absent for the vote.

MOTION: Sen. Shiowaza moved to amend the bill as follows:
