Chair Madsen called the meeting to order at 8:33 a.m.

 

MOTION:   Sen. Weiler moved to approve the minutes of the February 14, 2014 and February 19, 2014 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Robles and Sen. Thatcher absent for the vote.    

 

H.B. 247      Court Parking Facilities (Rep. L. Wiley)

 

Rep. Wiley explained the bill to the committee.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Weiler moved to pass the bill out favorably.  The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Robles and Sen. Thatcher absent for the vote.

 

MOTION:   Sen. Weiler moved the bill be placed on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Robles and Sen. Thatcher absent for the vote.

 

S.B. 198       Law Enforcement Exemption for Medical Information (Sen. J. Adams)

 

Sen. Adams explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:  Sen. Jones moved to pass the bill out favorably.  The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Robles absent for the vote.

 

 

MOTION:   Sen. Urquhart moved the bill be placed on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Robles absent for the vote.

 

H.B. 295      Weapons Law Exemptions (R. Greenwood)

 

Rep. Greenwood explained the bill to the committee.
