Sen. Henderson called the meeting to order at 8:15 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Davis moved to approve the minutes of the February 18, 2014 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
2nd Sub. S.B. 109 Radon Awareness Campaign (A. Osmond)
Sen. Osmond explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Weiler moved to adopt 2nd Sub. H.B. 245. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Weiler moved to pass the bill out favorably as substituted. The motion passed unanimously.
