Chair Van Tassell called the meeting to order at 8:12 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Adams moved to approve the minutes
of the February 12, 2014 meeting. The
motion passed unanimously with Sen. Dayton and Sen. Mayne absent for the vote.
S.B. 187 Highway Rights-of-way (J. Adams)
Sen. Adams explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Sen. Adams moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Dayton and Sen. Mayne absent for the vote.

Science Technology and Research Governing Authority Amendments (B.
Shiozawa)
MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to adopt 1st Sub. S.B. 62. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Dayton and Sen. Mayne absent for the vote.
