Chair Van Tassell called the meeting to order at 8:45 a.m.

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to approve the minutes of the February 4, 2014 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Harper absent for the vote.

H.B. 27 Interlocal Cooperation Act Amendments (R. Barrus)

Rep. Barrus explained the bill to the committee:

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

S.B. 89 Amendments to Definition of Public Utility (S. Urquhart)

Sen. Urquhart explained the bill to the committee.
