Chair Osmond called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to approve the minutes of the February 10, 2014 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

2^nd Sub. H.B. 275 Vietnam Veterans Recognition Day (C. Oda)

Rep. Oda explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Jones moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
