Chair Reid called the meeting to order at 4:20 p.m.
S.B. 219 Public Education Utah Professional Practices Advisory Commission (Sen. D. Henderson)
MOTION: Sen. Osmond moved to amend the bill as follows:

29 5A-6-302. UPPAC members -- {Executive
secretary.} Secretary.

UPPAC shall consist of:

a nonvoting {executive} secretary; and

MOTION: Sen. Osmond moved to pass the bill out favorably.

motion passed unanimously.
