Chair Jenkins called the meeting to order at 8:02 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Dabakis moved to approve the minutes of the February 26, 2014 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Hinkins, Sen. Knudson, and Sen. Okerlund absent for the vote.
