Chair Vickers called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to approve the minutes
of the February 27, 2014 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen.
Thatcher absent for the vote.
S.B. 254 Repeal of Certified Nurse Midwife
Education and Enforcement Account

Sen. Hillyard explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Sen. Shiowaza moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen. Shiowaza moved that the bill be placed on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.
H.B. 114 Mail-order Wholesale Drug Amendments (Rep. S. Barlow)
Rep. Barlow explained the bill to the committee.
