Chair Henderson called the meeting to order at 8:08 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to approve the minutes
of the February 26, 2014 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Davis
and Sen. Harper absent for the vote.
S.B. 244 Modifications to Property Tax (Sen. A. Osmond)
Sen. Osmond explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Sen. Osmond moved to replace S.B. 244 with 1st Sub. S.B. 244. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Davis and Sen. Harper absent for the vote.

Sen. Stephenson explained the bill to the committee.

124 (ii) The report shall include the number of
complaints categorized by:
125 (A) grade level and course;
126 (B) reason identified; and
127 (C) action taken by the state school board, a school
district , or school with respect to a complaint.
