Chair Van Tassell called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

MOTION: Sen. Harper moved to approve the minutes of the February 24, 2014 meeting instead of February 21, 2014 as listed on the Agenda. . The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Dayton and Sen. Mayne absent for the vote.

Sen. Harper assumed the Committee Chair.

S.B. 217 Public Utilities Amendments (K. Van Tassell)

Sen. Van Tassell explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Van Tassell adjourned the meeting at 9:05 a.m.
