Chair Van Tassell called the meeting to order at 4:25 p.m.


MOTION: Sen. Harper moved to approve the minutes of the February 28, 2014 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Mayne and Sen. Dayton absent for the vote.


H.B. 101 Roadway and Sidewalk Safety Amendments (J. Nielson)


Rep. Nielson explained the bill to the committee:
