S.B. 159 Bail Amendments (Sen. S. Jenkins)

MOTION: Sen. Weiler moved S.B. 159 be replaced with 1^st Sub. S.B. 159. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Jones and Sen. Urquhart absent for the vote.

Sen. Jenkins explained the bill to the committee.
