Chair Weiler called the meeting to order at 12:10 p.m.

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to approve the minutes of the February 14, 2014 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

S.B. 204 Retirement System Opt-Out for Rural Health Care Centers (Sen. D. Hinkins)

Sen. Hinkins explained the bill to the committee.

Spoke to the bill: Dee Larsen, Legal Counsel, Utah Retirement Systems

MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with Sen. Weiler voting in opposition.

MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Weiler adjourned the meeting at 12:20.
