Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 8:02 a.m.

MOTION: Sen. Weiler moved to approve the minutes of the March 4, 2014 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

1^st Sub. H.B. 405 Postsecondary School State Authorization (J. Dunnigan)

Daniel O’Banon, Director, Division of Consumer Protection explained the bill to the committee:

Spoke for the bill: Dave Buhler, Commissioner of Higher Education

MOTION: Sen. Weiler moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Weiler moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
