Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 4:25 p.m. and announced that S.B. 146 will not be heard today.
MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to approve the minutes
of the March 6, 2014 meeting. The motion
passed unanimously with Sen. Davis, Sen. Henderson and Sen. Weiler absent for the vote.

2. Page 14, Line 410:
410 (7) Nothing in this chapter creates a third-party
cause of action or appeal rights.
Section 9. Immediate effective date.
If approved by two-thirds of all the members
elected to each house, this bill takes effect upon approval by the governor, or
the day following the constitutional time limit of Utah Constitution, Article
VII, Section 8, without the governor's signature, or in the case of a veto, the
date of veto override.
