Committee Chair Osmond called the meeting to order at 4:16 p.m.

MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to approve the minutes of the March 4, 2014 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 90 Women in the Economy Commission (J. Seelig)

Rep. Seelig explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Reid moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

S.B. 263 Small Business Innovation Research (J. Stevenson)

MOTION: Sen. Reid moved to adopt 1^st Sub. S.B. 263. The motion passed unanimously.

Kevin Jessing, Governor’s Office of Economic Development explained the bill to the committee.
