Chair Noel called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m.

H.R. 4             House Resolution Amending Standing Committee Rules (Rep. J. Dunnigan)

Rep. Dunnigan explained the resolution to the committee.

MOTION:     Rep. Schultz moved to pass the resolution out with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.

H.R. 1             House Rules Resolution on Standing Committee Hearings (Rep. K. Powell)

Rep. Powell explained the resolution to the committee.

MOTION:     Rep King moved to pass the resolution out with a favorable recommendation. The motion failed with Rep. King and Rep. Moss voting for the motion.

H.R. 2             House Rules Resolution on Voting Procedures (Rep. K. Powell)

Rep. Powell explained the resolution to the committee.

MOTION:     Rep. Knotwell moved to adjourn. The motion passed with Rep. King voting in opposition.

Chair Noel adjourned the meeting at 7:15 p.m.
