MOTION: Sen. Debakis moved to approve the minutes
of the January 27, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Madsen

S.B. 65 In-state Tuition for Families of Fallen
Public Safety Officers Amendments (Sen.

MOTION: Sen. Osmond moved to amend S.B. 65 as follows:
