Chair Henderson called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.

MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to approve the minutes of the February 4, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 56 Property Tax Definition Amendments (Rep. V. L. Snow)

Rep. Snow explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Harper moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Harper moved the bill be placed on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

Sen. Henderson relinquished the chair to Sen. Harper.

S.B. 144 Modifications to Income Tax (Sen. D. Henderson)

Sen. Henderson explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved the bill be placed on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

Sen Henderson resumed the chair.

MOTION: Sen. Dabakis moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Henderson adjourned the meeting at 4:17 p.m.
