Chair Jackson called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.

MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to approve the minutes of the January 30, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Mayne absent for the vote.

S.B. 88 Public Utilities Amendments (K. Van Tassell)

Sen. Van Tassell explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

S.B. 96 Safety Inspection Revisions (W. Harper)

Sen. Harper explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Harper moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Harper moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

Sen. Harper assumed the Committee Chair.

S.B. 110 Public Utility Modifications (S. Jackson)

Sen. Jackson explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

Sen. Jackson resumed the Committee Chair.

S.B. 86 Registration Fees for Emergency Medical Aircraft (C. Bramble)

Sen. Mayne and Sen. Van Tassell explained the bill to the committee.
