Chair Jackson called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m.

MOTION: Sen. Harper moved to approve the minutes of the February 2, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

1^st Sub. H.B. 17 Motor Vehicle Emissions (L. Perry)

Rep. Perry explained the bill to the committee.

A handout, “Motor Vehicle Emissions” was distributed.

Spoke for the bill: Rep. Fred Cox

MOTION: Sen. Harper moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 29 Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board Amendments (F. Cox)

Rep. Cox explained the bill to the committee assisted by Craig Porter, Fire Marshall.

MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Harper moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Jackson adjourned the meeting at 4:29 p.m.
