S.B. 155 Children’s Justice Centers Amendments (Sen. R. Okerlund)
Sen. Okerlund explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Hillyard moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Madsen and Sen. Thatcher absent for the vote.
MOTION: Sen. Hillyard moved to approve the
minutes of the February 9, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen.
Madsen and Sen. Thatcher absent for the vote.
S.B. 167 Juvenile Offender Amendments (Sen. A. Osmond)
