Rep. Powell called the meeting to order at 7:15 a.m.

MOTION:     Rep. Cunningham moved to approve the minutes of the January 30, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

S.B. 11            Utah Retirement Systems Revisions (Sen. T. Weiler)

Sen. Weiler explained the bill.

Spoke to the bill:        Dee Larson, Utah Retirement Systems

MOTION:     Rep. Miller moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 208         School District Postemployment Health Insurance Benefits (Rep. S. Eliason)

Rep. Eliason explained the bill to the committee.
