Chair Anderson called the meeting to order at 9:10 a.m.

MOTION:       Rep. DiCaro moved to approve the minutes of the February 18, 2015, meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Fawson and Rep. Anderegg absent for the vote.

H.B. 289           Highway Special Event Permitting (Rep. G. Froerer)

Rep. Froerer explained the bill to the committee.

Spoke for the bill:          Carlos Braceras, Utah Department of Transportation

MOTION:       Rep. Anderegg moved to replace H.B. 289 with 1st Substitute H.B. 289. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:       Rep. Lifferth moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 289 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 310           Vintage Motorcycle Amendments (Rep. J. Peterson)

Rep. J. Peterson explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:       Rep. Westwood moved to pass H.B. 310 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:       Rep. Cunningham moved to place H.B. 310 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:       Rep. Cunningham moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Anderson adjourned the meeting at 9:36 a.m.
