Sen. Christensen called the meeting to order at 8:35 a.m.

 

H.B. 238         License Plate Obstruction Amendments (Rep. E. Redd)

 

Rep. Redd explained the bill to the committee.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Escamilla moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

 

H.B. 94S03  Investigational Drug and Device Access for Terminally Ill Patients (Rep. G. Froerer)

 

Rep. Froerer explained the bill to the committee.
