Chair Perry called the meeting to order at 8:12 a.m.

 

MOTION:     Rep. Handy moved to approve the minutes of the February 23, 2015 and February 25, 2015 meetings. The motion was approved unanimously with Rep. Briscoe, Rep. Draxler, Rep. Powell, Rep. Sagers, and Rep. Schultz absent for the vote.

 

H.B. 349         School and Institutional Trust Lands Budget Amendments (Rep. M. Brown)


Rep. Brown explained the bill to the committee with the assistance of Kevin Carter, Director, School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration.

MOTION:     Rep. Sandall moved to amend the bill as follows:

98Rulemaking Act, to control and eradicate brucellosis, {  porcine picornavirus, scabies,  }

99trichomoniasis, [and] tuberculosis, and other infectious diseases in livestock; and
