Vice Chair Anderegg called the meeting to order at 8:31 a.m.

MOTION:       Rep. Westwood moved to approve the minutes of the February 25, 2015, meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Barlow, Rep. Cunningham, Rep. DiCaro, and Rep. Moss absent for the vote.

H.B. 373           Connected Vehicle Testing (Rep. J. Knotwell)

Rep. Knotwell explained the bill to the committee with the assistance of Blaine Leonard, Utah Department of Transportation.

MOTION:       Rep. Christofferson moved to pass H.B. 373 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Cunningham absent for the vote.

S.B. 181            Driver License Modifications (Sen. C. Bramble) (Rep. L. Perry)

Sen. Bramble explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:       Rep. Cunningham moved to pass S.B. 181 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:       Rep. Christofferson moved to place S.B. 181 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

S.B. 184            Driving Privilege Card Application Amendments (Sen. C. Bramble) (Rep. L. Perry)
