Chair Dayton called the meeting to order at 8:03 a.m.

 

H.B. 234      Lobbyist Disclosure and Regulation Act Modifications (Rep. M. McKell)

 

Rep. McKell explained the bill to the committee.     

 

MOTION:  Sen. Jackson moved to pass the bill out favorably.  The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Hillyard absent for the vote.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Hinkins moved the bill be placed on the Consent Calendar.  The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Hillyard absent for the vote.

 

H.B. 217      Uniformed Service Amendments (Rep. P. Ray)

 

Rep. Ray explained the bill to the committee.
