Chair Vickers called the meeting to order at 8:18 a.m.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Christensen moved to approve the minutes of the Feb. 25, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Escamilla absent for the vote.

H.B. 272S02 Forensic Mental Health Coordinating Council Amendments (Rep. N.        Thurston)

 

Rep. Thurston explained the bill to the committee.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Christensen moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Escamilla absent for the vote.
