Chair Dayton called the meeting to order at 4:14 p.m.

Sub. 1 Amendments to the
Interlocal Act (Rep. Johnny Anderson)
Rep. Anderson explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to adopt the following amendment:
1. Page
17, Lines 516 through 519:
516 (f) the process, conditions, and terms for
withdrawal of a participating public agency
517from the interlocal entity or the
joint or cooperative undertaking; {and}
(g)(i) whether voting is based upon one vote per
member or weighted; and
(ii) if weighted voting is allowed, the
basis upon which the vote weight will be determined; and
518 [(f)]
{(g)} (h) any other necessary and proper matters.

of the March 3, 2015 meeting. The motion
