Rep. Powell called the meeting to order at 7:53 a.m.

MOTION:     Rep. Cunningham moved to approve the minutes of the February 27, 2015, meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. DiCaro absent for the vote.

S.B. 170          Career Service Review Amendments (Sen. T. Weiler)

Sen. Todd Weiler explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:     Rep. Westwood moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:     Rep. Cunningham moved to place S.B. 170 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:     Rep. Duckworth moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Powell adjourned the meeting at 8:01 a.m.
