Chair Peterson called the meeting to order at 4:33 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Cox moved to approve the minutes of the March 4, 2015 6 p.m. meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Froerer, and Rep. Knotwell absent for the vote.
S.B. 169 Contact Lens Consumer Protection Act Amendments (Sen. D. Henderson)
Sen. Henderson distributed two handouts, "The Constitutionality of S.B. 169" and "Reasons to Support SB 169" and explained the bill assisted by Jay S. Magure and Garth A. Vincent from 1-800 Contacts.
