Chair Henderson called the meeting to order at 8:06 a.m.

 

H.C.R. 6S01   Concurrent Resolution on Payment Options for State Services (Rep. M. Roberts)

 

Rep. Roberts explained the bill to the committee.

 

Spoke to the bill:         Tyler Seaman, Bitcoin

 

MOTION:  Sen. Stephenson moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with Sen. Dabakis voting in opposition.

 

S.B. 267   Sales and Use Tax Exemption Amendments (Sen. J. S. Adams)

 

Sen. Adams explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:  Sen. Harper moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with Sen. Dabakis voting in opposition.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Dabakis moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
