Chair Jenkins called the meeting to order at 4:06 p.m.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Dayton moved to approve the minutes of the March 4, 2015 meeting.  The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Christensen absent for the vote.

Recycling Center Amendments (Sen. M. Madsen)

 

 

Sen. Madsen explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:   Sen. Dayton moved to replace S.B. 286 with 1st Substitute S.B. 286.  The motion passed unanimously.

Rep. Ivory explained the bill to the committee.  He distributed a brochure entitled “What you Need to Know About Horse Tripping Events” and a handout explaining the bill.
