Rep. Powell called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m.

MOTION:     Rep. Miller moved to approve the minutes of the 7:30 a.m. March 10, 2015, meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. DiCaro and Rep. Last absent for the vote.

S.B. 247          State Employees' Annual Leave Trust Fund Amendments (Sen. D. Henderson)

Sen. Henderson explained the bill to the committee with the assistance of Jonathon Ball, Legislative Fiscal Analyst.

Spoke for the bill:       Kory Holdaway, Utah Public Employees' Association

MOTION:     Rep. Cunningham moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with Rep. Miller voting in opposition.

MOTION:     Rep. DiCaro moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Powell adjourned the meeting at 12:14 p.m.
