Chair Dayton called the meeting to order at 2:18 p.m.
MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to approve the minutes
of the March 9, 2015 meeting. The motion
passed unanimously with Sen. Escamilla, Sen. Hillyard and Sen. Thatcher absent
for the vote.
S.B. 300 Rate Committee Amendments (Sen. D. Hinkins)
Sen. Hinkins explained the bill to the committee.
Spoke to the bill: Mr. Mark VanOrden, Executive Director, Department of Technology Services
Ms. Debbie Cragun, Executive Director, Department of Human Resource Management
MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Hillyard absent for the vote.
2nd Sub. H.B. 104 Cow-share Program Amendments (Rep. M. Roberts)
Rep. Roberts explained the bill to the committee.
