Chair Weiler called the meeting to order at 7:38 a.m.

MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to approve the minutes of the March 3, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 347 Retirement Window Amendments (Rep. Cunningham)

Rep. Cunningham explained the bill to the committee:

Spoke to the bill: Mr. Dee Larsen, Legal Counsel, Utah Retirement Systems

MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Thatcher moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Weiler adjourned the meeting at 7:45 a.m.
