Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 2:11 p.m. and announced that at the request of the sponsor S.B. 171 would not be heard today.
MOTION: Sen. Henderson moved to approve the
minutes of the February 18, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with
Sen. Weiler, Sen. Davis, Sen. Adams, and Sen. Mayne absent for the vote.
Sen. Henderson assumed the Committee Chair.

the state entered into on or after

2014, if an audit is required by the surplus lines insurance transaction, a
surplus lines

shall exercise due diligence to initiate an audit of an insured, to
determine whether

premium is owed by the insured, by no later than six months after the
expiration of
