Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 8:07 a.m. and announced that S.B. 265 would not be heard today.
MOTION: Sen. Weiler moved to approve the minutes
of the February 25, 2015 meeting. The
motion passed unanimously with Sen. Davis absent for the vote.
S.B. 272 Payment
of Wages Amendments (K. Mayne)
Sen. Mayne explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Sen Weiler moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Davis absent for the vote.

S.B. 271 Health Benefit Plan Amendments (C. Bramble)
MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to adopt the following amendments:

Page 1, Lines 15 through 16:

that the prohibition may not be interpreted to require an insurer to offer a

benefit or service as part of a health benefit plan or alter
certain policies of a health
