Chair Jackson called the meeting to order at 9:07 a.m. and announced that S.B. 148 would not be heard today.
MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to approve the minutes of the February 17, 2014 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Harper absent for the vote.

Sen. Van Tassell explained the bill to the committee.
