Chair Jackson called the meeting to order at 9:07 a.m. and announced that S.B. 148 would not be heard today.

MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to approve the minutes of the February 17, 2014 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Harper absent for the vote.

S.J.R. 13 Joint Resolution on Longer Combination Vehicles (K. Van Tassell)

Sen. Van Tassell explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Harper absent for the vote.

MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Harper absent for the vote.

H.B. 122 Technology Services Amendments (A. Romero)

Rep. Romero explained the bill to the committee assisted by Mark Van Orden, Executive
