Sen. Harper assumed the Committee Chair and called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Hinkins moved to approve the minutes of the February 24, 2014 meeting.  The motion passed unanimously.

 

S.B.   249     Trax Crossing Bars Operations Amendments (S. Jenkins)

 

Sen. Jenkins explained the bill to the committee:

 

MOTION:  Sen. Hinkins moved to pass the bill out favorably.  The motion passed unanimously.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Hinkins moved to place the bill on the Consent Callendar.  The motion passed unanimously.

 

H.B. 179      License Plate Fee Amendments (J. Westwood)

 

Rep. Westwood explained the bill to the committee.

 

MOTION:   Sen. Hinkins  moved to pass the bill out favorably.  The motion passed unanimously.
