Chair Jackson called the meeting to order at 4:16 p.m.

MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to approve the minutes of the February 26, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

S.B. 258 Street-legal All-terrain Vehicle Amendments (S. Jenkins)

Sen. Jenkins explained the bill to the committee.

Brandon Toll, Lieutenant at Weber County Sheriff’s Office further clarified the bill.

Spoke to the bill: Kirk Middaugh, Captain, Utah Highway Patrol

MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 243 Vintage Vehicle Amendments (F. Cox)

Rep. Cox explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 275 Highway Designation Amendments (J. Fawson)

Rep. Fawson explained the bill to the committee.
