Chair Jackson called the meeting to order at 7:35 a.m.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Van Tassell moved to approve the minutes of the March 5, 2014 meeting.  The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Harper absent for the vote.

 

H.B.  401     Statute of Limitations Modifications (M. Noel)

 

Rep. Noel explained the bill to the committee.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Van Tassell moved to pass the bill out favorably.  The motion passed

                     unanimously.

 

MOTION:   Sen. Van Tassell moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar.  The motion

                     passed unanimously.

 

H.B.   377    1st Sub.   Interlock Restricted Driver Amendments (E. Redd)

 

Rep. Redd explained the bill to the committee.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Mayne moved to pass the bill out favorably.  The motion passed unanimously.
