Sen. Osmond assumed the Committee Chair and called the meeting to order at 3:40 p.m.
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to approve the minutes of the February 6, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with, Sen. Milner and Sen. Okerlund absent for the vote.
S.B. 42 General
Assistance Program Changes (L. Escamilla)
Sen. Jenkins moved to adopt 1st Sub S.B. 42. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Milner,
Sen. Okerlund absent for the vote.
Sen. Escamilla explained the bill to the committee assisted by Peter Asplund, Office of
Legislative Research and General Counsel.

MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
