Sen. Osmond called the meeting to order at 8:35 p.m.

MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to approve the minutes of the February 23, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with, Sen. Mayne absent for the vote.

H.B. 65 3^rd Sub. Workforce Services Amendments (R. Edwards)

Rep. Edwards explained the bill to the committee assisted by Kathy Bounous, Department of

Workforce Services who also answered questions from the committee.

Spoke for the bill: Dave Davis, Utah Food Industry, Unemployment Insurance Advisory

Council

Deborah Judd, Nurse Practitioner, Health Clinics of Utah

MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Millner moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Osmond adjourned the meeting at 9:09 a.m.
