Sen. Osmond assumed the Committee Chair and called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to approve the minutes of the February 25, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Osmond adjourned the meeting at 9:50 a.m.
