Sen. Osmond called the meeting to order at 8:03 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Millner moved to approve the minutes of the February 27, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Jenkins absent for the vote.

Military Installation Development Authority Amendments (J. Stevenson)
Sen. Stevenson explained the bill to the committee assisted by Paul Morris, General Counsel,
Military Installation Development Authority.
MOTION: Sen. Millner moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

Resolution Recognizing the Importance of Utah’s Sport and Olympic Legacy
Efforts (J. S. Adams)
Sen. Adams explained the bill to the committee and a handout “Utah the State of Sport” was
distributed.
